Shipping Policy

At Palette & Plan, every item is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because each order is personalized, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing & Turnaround Time

All orders require a 7–10 business day turnaround time for design, customization, and production prior to shipment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer flat rate shipping on all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Processing times and shipping times are separate.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume seasons, launches, or holidays, turnaround times may be slightly extended.

  • Palette & Plan is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
