At Palette & Plan, every item is custom-made and created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through our storefront.
 

Please make sure all customization details, spelling, colors, sizing, and order information are correct before placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.
